DESCRIPTION:Presented by the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation\, our two-day colloquium at QUT Gardens Point will place a spotlight on practising implementation science in the real world. Join local\, national\, and international implementation scientists to explore the latest developments in the field\, case studies\, and how to navigate challenges and opportunities within the health system. \nWith two international keynote speakers\, the colloquium will be an interactive event designed to answer your questions on how health services can use implementation science to implement\, measure\, and sustain change. \nThe colloquium is preceded by an optional full-day introductory workshop exploring practical applications of implementation science.

DESCRIPTION:Value-Based Health Care (VBHC) is a global movement. Both in Australia and internationally\, health services and systems are exploring opportunities to move from a focus on the volume of services delivered\, to the outcomes achieved\, through a range of transformative programs and policies. \nThe VBHC Congress will bring together leaders from across the health system – clinician leaders\, executives\, senior managers\, consumers\, policy makers and researchers to showcase and share experiences. \nIt will feature international keynote speaker\, Dr Sally Lewis\, who has been been leading the national VBHC program in Wales since 2018\, and is director of the Welsh Value in Health Centre. \nFacilitated panel sessions will engage you in discussion that considers the latest evidence\, showcases programs across Australia\, explores the potential in emerging policies and examines the realities of implementing change across our services. \nPresented by the Australian Centre for Value-Based Health Care in partnership with the Australian Centre for Health Services Innovation (AusHSI) and proudly supported by the Queensland Government.
